The water situation at my house is unique due to well usage restrictions and the recent closure of the water delivery company. I now haul water using a 350-gallon tank on a trailer. This opens up options for gardening but presents challenges in winter. I aim to collect rainwater and supplement with city water. A video of my first water hauling trip is on YouTube.

It was almost 40º when I took the scenic route home today. Lots of slush and mud, a few birds, and a great opportunity for black and white photography.
Trying to get in the habit of going for a drive in the evenings to see what I can see. Sometimes the sunsets fizzle, but it’s always great to just get out of the house.
