Think Tank Retrospective 7 / What’s In My Bag

I’ve had the Think Tank Retrospective 7 bag for over two years now, so I figured it was about time I wrote about it. Since I was taking pictures of the bag for this post, I decided I’d throw in…

I’ve had the Think Tank Retrospective 7 bag for over two years now, so I figured it was about time I wrote about it. Since I was taking pictures of the bag for this post, I decided I’d throw in…

I’ve always been in awe of Milky Way photos, but have never really attempted one myself. Now that I’m out in Montana, and light pollution is easier to get away from, I figured I’d give it a shot. I have…

My mom will outlive us all. She and her service dog walk all over town. To yoga, to classes, to the grocery store. Wherever she needs to go, they walk. They might take a bus in the winter when it’s…

I aquired a small boat while in Portland. It had been sitting for 10+ years, so I hit up Les Schwab to get new tires and to have the bearings checked. Unfortunately, on my way out of Portland, I blew one of the new tires. The spare looked 20 years old, but it held all the way to Missoula.

Back in 2011, I shot Malala’s senior photos: This week I had the opportunity to get her in front of my camera again. Hopefully, we’ll find time to do more shoots when I’m in Portland.

We headed out to Sokol Blosser and White Rose to tase some wine and grab some photos. Because wine goes with photography, obviously.
